平台无法使用中文问题

我创建域或者部门的时候，不能填写中文，如果是中文出错：could not execute query   

英文的域或部门 无问题

db是mysql的，基于windows系统的。


我的mysq配置：

default-character-set=utf8
port=3306

[server]
default-character-set=utf8

[mysql]

default-character-set=utf8

hibernate和proxool配置；

问题已经解决。原因是install db的时候，用了latin字符集。
