新安装好的天羚无法登录

您好，跟环境有关系的，请问您两台机器的操作系统是一样的么？您这个窗口是桌面客户端的服务启动监听窗口，窗口闪一下，证明该服务没启动成功，请您先看查看一下错误信息。同时请问您tomcat启动成功了吗?

tomcat 都启动起来 了，怎么看成功没成功？好像PC机上和服务器上的TOMCAT显示不一样。
PC机是XP系统，服务器是2003的操作系统。

平台在sp和2003操作系统上部署和启动是一样的，只是win7操作系统有所差异。您的问题可能是端口被占用了，您可查看bin\Openfire\logs下的error.log文件，根据错误信息定位具体是什么问题。

以上的bin\Openfire\logs下的error.log  里的一段，这是啥意思？

您好，错误显示您的数据库连接有问题。请问您用的是什么数据库？您用数据库客户端确认下您的数据库服务器能否正常连接显示。

安装上后我什么也没改，也就是说用的就是MYSQL，但是我也试过了，那个MYSQL双击后就是一闪就没了，启动不了。

而且如果不用MYSQL，改用ORACLE的话，修改好相关设置文件后也还是报错。我在那台PC机上改了配置了，能转上ORACLE数据库了，就是在服务器上不行。

还有没有人回答我的问题？
是不是没有解决办法了？

.您进入服务查看一下，您的mysql服务是否有启动，或者，可以在mysql的客户端验证是否链接成功。因为可能存在您本机有mysql的服务，启动的不是平台的。
