proxool.properties这个文件进行如下配置：
jdbc-0.proxool.driver-url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3307/obpm?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&useSSL=false

t_datasource里面的数据要在最后面增加&useSSL=false
